Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawScrap ("the Platform"), including our website, API, dashboard, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. Description of Service
ClawScrap provides AI-powered onchain intelligence services including, but not limited to: real-time blockchain data analytics, whale wallet tracking, token risk scoring (ClawScore), decentralized alerts via XMTP, Telegram, and Discord, a public REST and WebSocket API, and a web-based analytics dashboard. The Platform aggregates and analyzes publicly available blockchain data across multiple networks. ClawScrap does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All data and analytics are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
To access certain features, you must create an account using ERC-8128 wallet sign-in or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and API keys. You must not share your API keys with third parties or embed them in client-side code. ClawScrap is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. API Usage & Rate Limits
Access to the ClawScrap API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Free tier: 100 requests per minute, Pro tier: 1,000 requests per minute, Enterprise tier: unlimited (fair use). Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429). Repeated or intentional abuse of rate limits may result in API key revocation. You may not use the API to: resell raw data without transformation, overload ClawScrap infrastructure, scrape or replicate the entire dataset, or compete directly with ClawScrap services.
5. Data & Privacy
ClawScrap processes publicly available blockchain data. We do not collect, store, or process private personal data beyond what is necessary for account management and service delivery. Wallet addresses analyzed through the Platform are public blockchain data and are not considered personally identifiable information under our policy. We may collect usage analytics (page views, API call counts, feature usage) to improve the Platform. We do not sell user data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the ClawScore algorithm, dashboard design, documentation, brand assets, and source code — are owned by ClawScrap Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written permission. The ClawScrap API output may be used in your own applications, subject to attribution requirements outlined in your subscription agreement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLAWSCRAP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THE DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY ANALYTICS OR SCORES WILL PREDICT FUTURE OUTCOMES. BLOCKCHAIN DATA IS INHERENTLY COMPLEX AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, MISSING TRANSACTIONS, OR DELAYED UPDATES. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWSCRAP LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CLAWSCRAP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including market manipulation, money laundering, or securities fraud; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (d) use automated tools to scrape the dashboard UI; (e) impersonate ClawScrap or misrepresent your affiliation with the Platform; (f) use the Platform to harass, stalk, or track individuals; (g) circumvent any security measures or access controls.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting support@clawscrap.io. Upon termination: your API keys will be immediately revoked, your access to the dashboard will be disabled, any prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable, and your data will be deleted within 30 days. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 shall survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be George Town, Cayman Islands. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
